Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided: WapixShots Production Provides Photography, Videographing, And Associated Production Services. Each Project Details Such As Magnitude, Results, And Time will be Set Before the Project Starts.

2. Booking and Payment:

• A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before final delivery of the project.

• Payments can be made via cheques Interac transfers or cash.

 
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule by providing details in a week at least.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled within [insert timeframe. 

4. Intellectual Property

• All photos and videos produced by WapixShots remain the intellectual property of the company.

• WapixShots retains the right to use selected content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide accurate information about event details, locations, and schedules.

• It is the client’s responsibility to secure permissions for photography/videography at specific locations.

6. Limitations of Liability:

• While we strive for perfection, WapixShots is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, technical failures, or venue restrictions.

• In case of unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a refund of the service fee or a reshoot, where applicable.

7. Delivery Timeline

• Final deliverables will be provided within an agreed time unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Revisions may be made upon request of receiving the deliverables.
